Love Your Thighs Day is for celebrating body positivity and learning to love one's thighs no matter what they look like. It celebrates women of all shapes and sizes and kicks off "high chafing season so women everywhere can feel confident and be ready to take on the hot spring and summer months ahead!"
How to Observe Love Your Thighs Day
Celebrate by loving your thighs no matter what they look like! Post on social media about people who have helped you learn to love your body, and include the hashtag #LoveYourThighsDay. Although you should love your thighs just the way they are, you could also show them some love by working out, both today and in the future. You could also purchase some Bandelettes, a brand of lace thigh bands that help prevent inner chafing and help women feel more confident about their thighs.
