There are so many false claims and assertions, so many exaggerations of the truth, and countless myths and fake news stories everywhere we turn. Has there been a particular falsity that has been bugging you? Debunking Day gives everyone the chance to set the record straight on whatever false and inaccurate pieces of information have been troubling them the most. There should be a little bit more truth in the world after today because much that is untrue will have been debunked.
How to Observe Debunking Day
Spend the day debunking whatever inaccurate or false claims and assertions or myths have been irritating you the most. Maybe there is a falsity that has long been perpetuated in a friend group or among your family. Or maybe there is a political untruth you have seen bandied about online and just can't let it slide by anymore. Whatever it is, debunk it today for a more truthful tomorrow.
