Celebrate by getting yourself out of the Drama Zone and into the Comic Zone! Try avoiding all the drama in your life, if only just for a day. Have family members been feuding? Stay out of it and don't give the situation even one thought. Are you having similar troubles with a friend or significant other? Leave all that noise behind for the day. Instead, bring a little comedy into your life. Hang out with your funniest friend or watch your favorite comedy film. You could also remind yourself and others about the benefits of less drama and stress. With that knowledge, maybe you'll be able to lead a SCUD Life instead of just celebrating a SCUD Day.
