Pumpkin Bread Day

Being that National Pumpkin Day was less than a week ago, you may have an extra pumpkin sitting around, making it easy to celebrate Pumpkin Bread Day, a day when pumpkin bread is baked and eaten. Fresh pumpkins can be cooked and softened and then used to make the bread. Canned pumpkin can also be used. Common added ingredients include raisins, chocolate chips, and nuts, such as walnuts. The day was created by Jace Shoemaker-Galloway.

Pumpkin Bread Day is observed next on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019. It has always been observed annually on October 30th.

How to Observe

Celebrate the day by baking and eating pumpkin bread. You could even just buy some at a store. It's really just that simple!
